Welcome to Loop
What Loop is, the four channels it runs on, and a map of the product — Dashboard, Conversations, People, Loops, Automations, and Settings.
Loop is one agent that runs your outreach for you — across Email, Voice, Instagram, and WhatsApp — so the people you want to reach get a reply, a follow-up, or a booking without you sitting in your inbox. You set the intent once; Loop is handling the conversations from there.
What is Loop, exactly?
Loop isn't a set of separate bots for each channel. It's a single agent that carries context across every conversation it has on your behalf — whoever a person talks to you through, it's still Loop, remembering what was already said. You decide who Loop reaches out to and why; Loop writes the messages, places the calls, and keeps the thread moving.
What channels does Loop work on?
Loop runs outreach and conversations on four channels:
- Voice
These are the only channels Loop supports today. Which ones are actually available to you depends on what you've connected — see Settings to check your connections, or read Connecting your channels for the walkthrough.
Where do I find things? A map of the product
Once you're signed in, everything lives in the left sidebar:
- Dashboard — your home base. A snapshot of what Loop has been doing and what needs your attention.
- Conversations — every reply, across every channel, in one inbox. This is where you read what people said back and, if you want, step in yourself.
- People — everyone Loop has reached out to or is tracking, with their conversation history attached.
- Loops — where you set up and manage the outreach itself: who Loop should contact, what it should say, and on which channels.
- Automations — Instagram-specific rule-based and agentic automations, separate from the Loops you build in the wizard above.
- Knowledge — everything Loop draws on to write and reply as you: your profile, products, and writing style.
- Settings — connect and manage your channels, plus your account preferences.
You'll also find What's new and Roadmap in the sidebar footer if you want to see what's shipped recently or what's coming next.
Where should I start?
If you're setting up for the first time, start with Connecting your channels so Loop has a way to reach people, then follow Your first Loop to set up your first piece of outreach.
Once it's running, keep an eye on Conversations — that's where you'll see Loop's replies come in and where you can jump into any thread yourself.
