Onboarding prompts you to move leads

We've made onboarding smarter by letting you decide if you want to move leads held by other loops right at the start.
New features
- During onboarding, you'll now be asked whether you want to move leads that are held by other loops, giving you more control from the get-go.
Bug fixes
- Leads already known to Loop are correctly marked as linked instead of skipped during onboarding.
- Explicit price or booking asks now properly take priority over the discovery gate in the agent's flow.
- Resolved an issue where Instagram Direct Message sync failed with a server error when encountering a conflict.
