Voice Calls page with live listen

You can now run voice from a new Calls page with live listen, plus referrals got a leaderboard and clearer earnings.
New features
- New Calls page for Voice: start a call now, live listen while Loop is handling the conversation, and scan shared call rows at a glance.
- Referrals gets a Leaderboard tab with Rank, Name, Referrals, and Earned so you can see where you stand.
Experience updates
- Referrals shows every earnings figure, the empty state is honest, and the table holds its place while you page.
- Referral share copy tells the truth, and we call out self-referrals clearly.
- We removed the extra consent toggle in Settings; enrolling in the program now covers leaderboard consent.
Bug fixes
- Calls funnel metrics now correctly count attempted versus answered.
- The unlisted referrals note now states the fact instead of guessing a reason.
