Experience updates

• Each message in a conversation shows who wrote it, and the conversation stays in its own column for quicker scanning.
• Follow-ups explain why a conversation is empty, and timestamps are accurate and consistent.
• Calls start quicker with an instant hello and tighter turn-taking; if Loop needs a moment to pull info, it says so instead of going quiet.
• The dashboard does one access check per page load and background polling is calmer, so navigation feels steadier.
• Meta Ads screens read clearer on mobile and desktop with better states, contrast, and copy, and a shared account is labeled as shared.

Bug fixes

• Follow-ups no longer load with nothing selected.
• Openings respect quiet hours and resume the next morning, and we never re-send an opening after someone replies.
• Names are handled correctly on calls and messages: we only use a person’s name when we have it, we name the rep who actually called, and name matches no longer stutter.
• WhatsApp funnels send from the right identity and use the right template.
• Meta Ads connections behave as expected: your account is never mistaken for a shared one, and odd error states and mobile layout issues are cleaned up.
