A new create-page experience lands in the Studio

New features

• We've released a new create-page experience in the studio. It includes a Library tab, a format-first start page, and auto-edit features for your website.

Bug fixes

• We fixed an issue with reference tiles in the studio being compressed improperly, and now they appear correctly. Also, you'll notice that character chips now default to 'Me'.
• Deep-link queries are now preserved when you're logging in, so you won't lose your place when accessing specific parts of Loop.
